Regional Multiple Listing Service
MEIAR provides IRMLS services to our qualified members. Enabling members to interact and access a total of 14 associations data through cooperation. Multiple listing services benefit both buyers and sellers by creating connections of up-to-date information. Extending maximum exposure by distributing data to various destinations on the web. The MLS facilitates a cooperative arena for large and small brokerages encouraging equal opportunity for all home buyers and sellers.
Governmental Affairs and Legislative Advocacy
MEIAR dedicates a committee for legislative advocacy on your behalf. The committee investigates issues, proposed harmful legislative, and makes our voice heard. The legislative committee works closely with the RPAC committee to search for REALTOR Champions to support positive changes in the legislative realm for the real estate industry.
Networking
MEIAR provides many avenues for professional networking from member to member, member to affiliate, member to staff as a few examples. Watch for announcements about social events on the home page events section.
Brand Recognition
Every moment MEIAR supports the importance of using a REALTOR®. MEIAR provides members with public awareness flyers that can be used in buyer and seller packets. MEIAR takes pride in each years awareness campaign. We use a mixture of original content with NAR content across several platforms stressing the reasons using a REALTOR® is imperative.
Market Reports
Market reports can be found everywhere. Specific local market reports are harder to find and that is where MEIAR can support our members. If you cannot locate what you are looking for in our market statistics area on the home page, please contact our staff. MEIAR staff has the ability and knowledge to create custom market reports for our members.
Community Involvement
Our community service committee is dedicated to making an impact in the areas our members work. From food drives to countless hours of volunteer work. MEIAR is devoted to making our communities a better place to work and live.
Lockbox Sharing Program
MEIAR offers our full members the opportunity to participate in a lockbox sharing program to shelter our members from additional costs of obtaining and owing lockboxes at their expense.
